Global Herbs Ltd. is a well-established and innovative specialist equine nutritional company, manufacturing nutritional solutions for the UK equine market, encompassing a range of well known, market leading specialist formulations.  At the leading edge of equine nutrition, its products are based upon the highest standards and are designed to help create the best in horse welfare and health.

A position of responsibility has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant.  

The Role will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Processing returns and raising credit notes
  • Process card payments
  • Managing incoming emails to our central mailbox
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Produce end of day sales reports
  • Coordinate customer deliveries when required
  • Provide administrative support for the Area Sales Managers
  • Covering all other office duties when required

Guidance and support will be given within our small and busy team.  

Candidate Requirements

  • A sound knowledge of Sage (Sage 200 preferred) , Excel and Outlook
  • A strong eye for detail and good communication skills
  • The ability to be flexible and willing to help colleagues at busy times
  • Of particular interest to us is someone with interest / knowledge of equine feeding / nutrition.

This position is based in our office in Chichester so you must live within commutable distance. 

Hours of work: 09.00 – 17.00

An excellent remuneration package will be on offer dependant on experience.
