Based in Lambourn and serving clients in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Gloucestershire, Lambourn Equine Vets is a fully mobile equine vet practice driven by clinical excellence and high standards of client service.

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for our equine practice in Lambourn;

Lambourn Equine Vets are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and optimistic individual to join our team.

The role includes a variety of duties including being the initial point of contact for clients, management of the vets’ diaries along with a variety of administrative tasks.

The successful applicant will have:

  • An efficient and polite telephone manner
  • Be well organised
  • Able to work on their own initiative
  • As well as being a team player
  • And have good basic IT skills, especially Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Knowledge of both the local area and the veterinary/equine industry would be advantageous.

Working hours, Monday to Friday are 8am - 5:00pm.
