Approvals Co-ordinator             

Full time

(35 hours per week) 

Salary: Competitive 

Based at our new HQ near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire  

The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.  

Working as part of a small team, but equally able to work on your own initiative, you will be actively supporting the BHS Approved Centre scheme. Over 800 centres are approved by the BHS and are inspected annually by one of the team of BHS Inspectors. You will be supporting the Inspectors in their role ensuring that the inspection process is robust and that BHS Approved Centres adhere to the criteria. 

You will have;

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A high degree of accuracy
  • Sound knowledge of accounting
  • Knowledge of the equine industry.
  • A familiarity of accreditation schemes is highly desirable.
