Assistant Head of Debit Card Operations
Salary: £30,000pa+ Dependent on Experience
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service and based in Wellingborough, we are looking for an enthusiastic, client focussed individual to join our Debit Card Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our card programme and delivering an exemplary level of customer service to all our clients, both external and internal.
You will have experience in team leadership and your skillset will include the ability to train, coach and inspire other team members. You will be able to work well under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines.
You will be enthusiastic about providing exceptional standards of customer service and thrive on working in a small, vibrant team. You will be a self-starter, have experience of card issuance in a small issuer environment and a proven track record for process improvement.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, confidently dealing with clients and colleagues in a calm, friendly and effective manner. Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement.
