After a phenomenal year of growth, EQUUS, an online retailer in the equestrian sector, is recruiting a Digital Marketing Administrator to help deliver our next stage of growth.

Working in a small digital marketing team, you will support the wider marketing team with a range of channel activities including Email, Social Media, Paid Search and Graphic Design.

This is an excellent opportunity for an equestrian who wants to start a career in digital marketing.

This role is office-based, at our Wyboston office, with remote working also available for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will fall centre around the following Marketing Channels:

  • Email Marketing

You will support the Digital Marketing team with the creation of Email Marketing Campaigns and Automated Flows.

  • Social Media Marketing

You will regularly produce engaging Organic and Paid Social Media content across our core Social Media channels.

  • Pay Per Click Marketing

You will support the wider marketing team with the creation of Paid Search campaigns.

  • Graphic Design

You will support the Digital Marketing Executive with a suite of Graphic Design elements, including but not limited to Website Banners, Email Banners and Direct Mail Flyers.

  • Other Tasks

You will support the wider Marketing Team with additional duties including the support with campaigns, analysis, advertising, customer service and other tasks as and when required.


You will:

Have knowledge of equestrianism.

A Background in Marketing, Graphic Design or similar disciplines.


You will:

Be highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Be a strong team player.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have a passion for digital marketing.

Be well-organised and efficient with strong planning capabilities.

Be able to work to multiple, competing deadlines.

Have strong Microsoft Office skills.

42.5 hours inclusive of breaks – see below.
