Equine Welfare Assistant

Do you want to make a positive difference to equine welfare by working for one of the UK’s leading rescue charities?

We are seeking individuals to join our team of dedicated staff, passionate about the welfare of horses, donkeys and mules.

We have a number of full time and part time positions available.  Full time roles will require working one weekend in 3 and part time roles will need to include at least one day at a weekend.

Caring for large semi-feral animals is very physical and you will be involved in a variety of activities such as grooming, waste management and moving/handling.

Working in welfare is very rewarding and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through our established training programme and regular CPD sessions.

The ideal candidates will have practical experience with Elderly Equine, Laminitis or other specialist areas of equine care.
