Battles - The Leading equine wholesaler are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team at their head office in Lincoln. This is a full time, permanent role.
This role is for a creative and forward thinking Marketing specialist with previous marketing experience.
This role is fast-paced and extremely varied, so ideal for an enthusiastic marketer looking to progress within the industry. An equine background is essential and industry knowledge would be advantageous as the successful candidate will be creating content and seasonal marketing campaigns for equine products, to implement strategies for the brand, whilst constantly monitoring and evaluating progress.
The successful candidate will work as part of an expanding marketing team and will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, analysing data and reporting back to the Marketing Manager. Candidates must be flexible and willing to assist in other areas where necessary, and be able to work well as part of a team, and from their own initiative when required.

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual, well organised, with good time management, able to work well under pressure and is strict at meeting deadlines. A strong eye for detail and the ability to multi-task is essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) are also a requirement. A genuine enthusiasm for marketing.
As the role is based from our Lincoln offices, we ask that candidates live within a reasonable commute.
