Competitive Salary & Package
Reporting to the Divisional Director, you will be responsible for heading up our UK Sales Team and managing a small number of Key Accounts.
You will be an experienced leader of people with a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
This is a demanding position for the ultimate road warrior, with a UK Sales Team stretching the full length of the country, hours will be long and mileage high.
With an estimated 70-80% of your time being spent on the road, only candidates who can commit themselves to this kind of schedule should apply.
A knowledge of the equine business would be very helpful but by no means critical. Far more important is the ability to enthusiastically and professionally lead a team to success.
