Job Description

We are a leading supplier of Equestrian arena surfaces with a prominent position in the equestrian market in the UK.  We have over 30 years experience in supplying the best riding surfaces to top riders, clubs, schools and leading competition destinations. We are a rural based business situated in the Midlands and applicants must reside within a 30 mile radius of Henley-in-Arden (Redditch/Warwick). 

The successful candidate will have

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales
  • A keen interest in all things equestrian
  • Be looking to join a small highly successful targeted team.  
  • excellent keyboard skills
  • Basic level Excel competence
  • Be social media savvy
  • A confident telephone manner and strong organisational abilities – these are all key required attributes

This role involves working in a small motivated team, maintaining excellent relationships with customers and driving sales.   

As a small team we attend some major equestrian events that will require occasional weekend work, which is included in the job specification to be discussed at interview. 

This is a full time position that offers an attractive salary with an excellent bonus structure.
