Key Accountabilities include:
Ensure departmental phone calls are answered within three rings and all correspondence is responded to within 48 hours.
The ability to communicate effectively and work accurately under pressure is vital to meet our needs. You will possess strong numeracy skills and be flexible in your approach to ensure deadlines are met. An interest in the racing industry and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
