Renewals Administrator

KBIS British Equestrian Insurance are the UK's leading independent Horse Insurance Specialists, providing all types of insurance for the equestrian.

With a reputation built on providing excellent customer service we are looking for a personable, enthusiastic individual to join our renewals teams.

The role will involve the timely processing and issuing of horse and trailer renewals, including telephone communication with clients. In addition you will have an active role within the equine team assisting with general telephone enquiries including quote requests.

The successful candidate should have an equestrian background with excellent written and communication skills. You will also have a professional manner on the phone and in person. In addition the candidate should:

  • Have excellent IT skills
  • In depth Equine Knowledge
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be self-motivated and adaptable
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • This is a full time position on a permanent contract after an initial 3 month trial period.

A competitive salary based on experienced will be offered together with pension and private healthcare schemes.
