LeMieux, one of the fastest growing equestrian brands are expanding their manufacturing, wholesale and retail operations supplying high quality products to the equestrian market all over the world.

An opportunity has arisen for a Returns Processor to join our existing team to work approximately x3 days per week at our offices in Wellow near Romsey, Hampshire.

This is a busy role in a fast- paced environment and we want to hear from diligent and self motivated candidates with a sound equestrian background and knowledge and a good understanding of equine products.

This role will involve:

  • Process returns, refunds and exchanges and inspecting returned items and suitability for resale
  • Identify patterns with faults and report to production team
  • Record and report on faults per supplier and raise supplier debit notes
  • Answer returns enquiries and liaise with customers and suppliers via email and telephone ensuring a swift resolution each time
  • Picking and packing of exchange items
  • You may be required to assist with other areas of the administrative or picking and packing departments as necessary as workload allow or requires

The ideal candidate will have an equestrian background with sound equine knowledge and a practical understanding of a wide variety of equine products and lots of common sense. You will be dealing with both B2B and B2C customers who on occasions may be dissatisfied. We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience and strong skills to turn the customer’s experience into a positive.

You will have a professional telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication and diplomacy skills.Training will be provided however you will be a capable IT user, confident using and learning a variety of IT systems including Microsoft Excel.We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously and flexible in their work.
