Job Description

Ingatestone Saddlery is a large equestrian store, offering a wide range of top brand products. Established in 1974, Ingatestone is a well respected destination store.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of shop management, with a keen interest in all aspects of a retail environment and team building.

Responsibilities include:

• Organising staff rotas
• Staff training and productivity
• Encouraging a team spirit
• Working on merchandising and sales.
• Maintaining health and safety throughout the department
• Working with management connecting feed back
• Cash handling
• Driving sales
• Stock management
• Hiring and training new staff

This vacancy is for a full time saddlery section manager working an average of 39.5 hours over 5 days to include working every other weekend.

As the role is Store based candidates need to live locally to our store to commute in daily.
