Job Description

Hilton Herbs is a long established, award winning business dedicated to developing and manufacturing a range of unique top quality herbal feed supplements and natural healthcare products for Horses and Pets. We export all over the world with our key markets being in the UK, Europe and the USA.

This is an exciting sales and administration position, with a strong emphasis on customer service and development.

The successful applicant must have a proven track record in Sales and Business development with both B2B & Distributor accounts. Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office), Website/CRM and the use of social media platforms are also required.

Key responsibilities Include:

  • Support & further development of our existing American accounts.
  • Sales Order Processing – Distributor, B2B, B2C, Amazon
  • Account Management & Administration
  • Liaising with our US Fulfilment centre
  • Customer Service – B2B & B2C (Via Hubspot)
  • Experience of Product Promotion
  • Responding to US customer queries
  • Monitoring and updating our US Website, CRM, & Social Media activity

Key Skills:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years successful B2B sales and/or a managerial role in equine retail
  • Ability to liase with other departments to help manage stock levels
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous website CRM systems experience
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management with an ability to prioritise
  • Ability to promote through Social Media and Hubspot
  • IT Literate – Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is desirable
  • Knowledge of Equines and Pets would be an advantage
  • Analysis of customer engagement (including SEO)
