Job Description

Horse Health is a busy and rapidly growing E-commerce and Mail Order Company. We supply high quality products including our flagship brand, LeMieux, amongst other international brands to both trade and retail customers of the equestrian market nationally and internationally.

We are looking for a full time, permanent Sales and Marketing Administrator. This is an exceptionally busy and varied role in a fast-paced office environment.

The successful candidate will need to be extremely organised and proactive with excellent time management skills.

We are looking for someone who has experience within an office based environment in addition to sound equestrian knowledge. Competition experience would be a bonus. Ideally, you will also have an interest in equestrian current affairs - including events and riders across different disciplines.

You will have an enthusiastic approach to your work and be flexible and willing to assist in all other areas where required with the ability to multi-task! You will be a confident and effective communicator on the telephone and via email.

This job role entails:

Sales & General Administration -

  • Assist with general customer enquiries, product advice, courier enquiries and complaints by telephone and email in a timely, effective and professional manner.
  • Taking and processing sales orders by telephone with consideration to maximising sales potential.
  • Updating websites content and eBay sites.
  • Provide superior customer and after sales service at all times.


Marketing and Social Media -

  • Organise adverts and marketing material, liaising with magazines and identifying suitable marketing opportunities.
  • Manage Social Media posts and campaigns.
  • Proof reading of marketing material, website content and email campaigns where meticulous attention to detail is required.
  • Work alongside inhouse graphic design department and photographers.
  • Manage and liaise with official bloggers and sponsored athletes; identify potential new sponsored riders and bloggers.
