TRADE STAND ASSISTANT FOR THE 2017 SEASON
Fixed Term Contract (7 MARCH - 3 DECEMBER 2017)
An assistant is required to join Classic Collection Trade Stand Team attending Top equestrian events throughout the year.
Add valuable skills to your CV with on the job training, accommodation while at shows and a paid salary each month.
Learn the ever-important skills of Customer Service, Sales, Stock Control, become familiar with the outdoor equine show circuit and work alongside fellow equine enthusiasts while selling quality products.
Classic Collection is a professional trade stand regarded for supplying well-known brands at competitive prices, work at some of the most exciting shows in the country.
We travel across the country during the show season to many of the popular shows including Royal Windsor, Your Horse Live and Badminton to name a few.
Part of the role will be helping to pack the trade stand ready for the shows, driving to the shows and helping set the trade stand up. The work is physically demanding but within a fun and hard working team. We will show you the ropes and you will be treated as a member of the team, enjoying the fun and learning along the way.
Knowledge of horses is essential in order to successfully sell the products and where necessary fit them to the customer.
Some months are busier than others, but you still get paid a monthly salary. At times, you will be away with us on the stand for 3-4 weeks at a time. Pay subject to experience (£15,000 - £18,000)
The successful candidate will require the following attributes: -
PERIOD OF WORK – show season (7 March – 3 December 2017)
Full training will be given as necessary.
