Simple System Horse Feeds – Sales Manager & Nutrition Advisor
Simple System Ltd has been promoting the concept of feeding and managing horses in harmony with the nature of the horse and its digestive system for 23 years. This programme has been based on the 40 years of experience and groundbreaking work carried out by Jane van Lennep our Director of Nutrition.
We now seek an experienced, self-motivated Sales Advisor, with a desire to extend the benefits of our feeding system to more horses and horse owners.
This full-time role requires experience in driving sales, ideally in the equine industry. You will be responsible for supporting retailers, wholesalers and key accounts. You will also form part of our Feed Line, advising customers directly by phone and email.
The successful candidate will be friendly, out-going, assertive and able to relate well to colleagues and customers of all ages and backgrounds.
The scope of the role is varied including, but not limited to:
- Sales visits to retailers, wholesalers and yards
- Sales reporting, working closely with marketing to achieve targets
- Telephone and email advice
- Show attendance, with potential for delivering talks to customers.
The role will interface with:
- Feed Line
- Marketing
- QC and QA
- Production
This role is based at our Head Office, Risby, Suffolk, but will involve frequent travel and some evening/weekend hours.
