Sales Office Manager

Full-time, Permanent, Burntwood

Company Description

LIM Group designs, produces and distributes a high range of saddlery equipment for different Olympic equestrian disciplines.  Brands include, CWD, Devoucoux and Butet.  LIM Group base its strategy on the sport performance of high level riders, offering innovative products and first class service.

Salary: £12.50/ hour 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00 – 17.00

Duties include:

  • Processing sales orders using bespoke computer system
  • Handing all telephone calls including direct contact with end customer and with LIM Group Sales Representatives
  • To manage after sales service and provide support to Sales Team
  • Logistics duties including receipt of pallets and re-boxing of goods
  • To maintain and update stock control records including saddles retained by Sales Representatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to organise and maintain systems to a high standard
  • Be able to manage deadlines and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations and opportunities
  • Experience with data entry and good attention to detail
  • Knowledge in the equestrian sector 
  • Office Management: 3 years (preferred)
  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • Full UK Driving License (Required)
