Supplement Solutions is a multi award winning retailer of leading brand supplements and care products for horses and other animals. We require enthusiastic, happy individuals to join our small team and embrace our high standard of customer service. Equine knowledge is essential with interest in nutrition and/or small animals a bonus.
This diverse role primarily involves the hands on everyday tasks of a busy e-commerce retail company, such as picking, packing and dispatching orders, receiving and unloading deliveries, stock control and warehouse management, along with customer service (taking orders over the telephone, selling products, advising customers, liaising with couriers), website and product development work.
Full training will be given so no experience in this industry is necessary.
The role is ideal for a recent graduate, HND graduate, Veterinary nurse, or a school leaver seeking an apprenticeship, however a can do, enthusiastic attitude is as equally as important as qualifications, so all applicants will be considered. The successful candidate will have a friendly disposition, be self-motivated & organised, with excellent communication and computer skills. Attention to detail and pride in achieving high standards is a highly sought trait.
