Technical Support Analyst
Salary: £22,000 to 30,000pa – Dependent on experience
Weatherbys Bank is currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst this is a great opportunity to gain extensive exposure to project management and application maintenance in a fast-paced environment within the bank. As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll support the Programme Office Manager across a number of projects and adhere to the change framework standards, maintaining those standards across the bank and ensuring they are delivered on time. The role also holds responsibility for project application maintenance.
You will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills, ideally with hands on experience or an understanding of Application/Software as well as demonstrable experience of planning, time management and organisational techniques. Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate over the phone and via email with a variety of individuals at all technical levels are required and Financial Services industry experiences are considered a plus.
