The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.
This is a brand new role for Wales and represents the first time that the BHS has employed a professional Welfare Field Officer within this area.
The successful candidate will work very closely with our volunteer Welfare Advisers to support their work as well as recruiting and training new volunteers.
This will be a home based position and will involve frequent travel throughout the region as well as some evening and weekend work.
The successful candidate must have access to a home office set up where broadband is available and will be provided with BHS support for this. They must also have their own transport suitable for business use.
