My career started in Recruitment and Selection for J Sainsburys, and grew into Sales and Marketing in other industries.

In 2020 I completed a certificate in Life Coaching which greatly enhances the 1-2-1 careers coaching on offer.

I fully understand the importance of getting things right the first time – be that to fully maximise the impact of a new role to the market or as a candidate competing for an interview. I can support you to ensure that impactful first impression.

I work hard to ensure Equine Careers is always busy with exciting new jobs to market to our engaged and proactive audience that has been steadily growing over the last 15 years.

I support and educate the up and coming generations on how to apply professionally and with impact, to develop their confidence and commercial skills for a well rounded career and in turn deliver my clients valuable candidates.

I support established professionals to find the next step in their careers, promote excellent networking opportunities and provide guidance to those looking to change career and join the equine industry.

I support a wide range of equestrian businesses with their recruitment needs, from writing a compelling job advert to attract the right candidates, and assisting with shortlisting.

For the last 15 years it has been my passion to bring these varied and exciting jobs to the forefront of the industry, supporting candidates into rewarding careers. Equine Careers has grown, evolved and adapted as the industry has done the same.  I am proud to be the 'go to' provider for both candidates and businesses.
