Job Title: Account Manager  

Territory: South East - UK                            

Location: Home Office Based – with travel throughout the territory

Key Responsibilities

To manage and develop trade accounts in the territory to maximise the distribution of Carr & Day & Martin and any other required Connolly’s Red Mills products.

Enhance the reputation and standing of the company by building strong customer relationships providing exceptional sales support, category expertise and ongoing education.

To adopt a consultative, patient and committed approach, essential to ensure you develop sales based upon customer needs, best practice, credible advice, and excellent product performance. 

What are we looking for?

• Degree (preferably in Equine or Animal Health)
• Ideally to have proven sales skills in a customer driven environment
• Good knowledge and understanding of horses and the Equestrian community
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated and driven when working towards set objectives
• Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• A full, clean driving licence
• Willingness to travel as this is an essential part of the role
