The role:

The Company is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual, who is either already in an admin role or is a post-graduate to join our team.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• To assist and support the buying and merchandising team, providing administrative support
• Raise purchase orders on the system and check packing lists
• Responsible for inputting data accurately onto the system
• Converse with suppliers and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Data entry and compilation of key data within the business
• Booking, recording, and following up of actions from meetings
• Ad-hoc tasks

 

The candidate will need to demonstrate:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer literate and experience of using a system and excel
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Able to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines and achieve a high level of tasks
• Have the drive to learn, develop and contribute towards company performance
• Problem solving skills
