Unicorn Trails is a specialist travel agency providing quality horse riding holidays world wide. This small, fast growing company based in Biggleswade has a vacancy for an office administrator with a view to progressing to office manager within a year. 

Responsibilities

  • Update product information including new products, photos and prices
  • Maintain and update database with client details
  • Type and send out contracts
  • Update and maintain specials page and info on web site
  • General office administration, filing, post etc
  • Organising show schedule and logistics
  • Carrying out marketing activities eg newsletters/advertising/arranging press trips/posting on our social media accounts
  • Arranging staff travel and itineraries
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of brochures, forms and office supplies
  • Assisting the sales team with the holiday bookings including communicating with clients and suppliers and managing the booking process. 

Flexible 35-40 hours per week, salary 16-19K pro rata. Holiday cover weeks may include more hours. There will be some weekend and evening work (trade shows and exhibitions). There may be opportunities to visit the holidays (costs paid, time not). You will need to be highly computer literate and very organised for this job. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer required. Horse knowledge and travel experience is an advantage. 

Key Performance Areas

  • Keep office information up to date on CMS: client information, supplier information and databases.
  • Co-ordinate and carry out marketing activities.
  • Backup to sales team as necessary
