We are looking to engage with an Area Sales Manager – North of England & Scotland.

Given our reputation and impact on the UK market we are looking for only the very best candidates. You must have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong account management skills & established relationships with key retailers.

Pre-requisite qualities would be:

  • Professional attitude & approach to sales and brand representation.
  • Experienced in Area or Regional Sales – developing a portfolio of accounts at various levels of turnover.
  • Self-Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider sales team. Responsible for all aspects of wholesale account management following the traditional pre-order & in-season repeat sales calendar.
  • Brand awareness and a familiarity with technical performance apparel.

Role expectations will include:

  • Managing existing and developing new account opportunities in-line with sales strategy.
  • Presenting new collections for the purpose of taking forward orders & new product training to a range of audiences from buyers to shop floor staff.
  • Responsibility for your territory in terms of reporting of figures, customer feedback & delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a healthy and productive call cycle, involving occasional overnight stays where necessary.
  • Availability for weekend work on occasion at roadshows or to support retailers at events etc.
  • Exceed set sales targets for your territory with the full support of our UK & US offices.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager for UK & Europe, your role will be field based, with daily travel and regular contact with head office.

Ideally the Area Sales Manager – North, will be based in Lancashire / Yorkshire region, as the territory will include Scotland.
