Area Sales Manager

Northern England & Scotland (Maternity Cover) 

We are Trilanco - the UK’s largest animal health and equine products wholesaler. We pride ourselves on our honesty and our genuine desire to help our customers succeed.  

We are currently seeking an experienced field sales professional for a 6 month Maternity Cover Contract. This temporary contract is based on full time hours with a competitive base salary and commission structure.

The successful candidate will be expected to call on Agricultural, Equestrian and Pet stores throughout the territory. You will detail our comprehensive range of products and services and keep our customers informed of promotions and new ranges.

You will need to maintain and foster excellent relationships with our customers and our in house team, analyse monthly sales reports and report on any issues and opportunities.

In addition to the above you will identify new opportunities for business growth, attend trade shows and end user shows.

The role covers Northern England, Scotland and The Isle of Man.

Candidates will need to reside within the territory to be covered, ideally in the North of England, around York or Cumbria. The successful candidate will be used to managing their own diary, with regular nights away as part of the role.
