Are you organised, customer-focused, and looking for an opportunity to progress into a more senior role? Equibreed UK are looking for an Assistant Office Manager who will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our equine veterinary reproduction clinic.
Who are we?
We are a busy equine veterinary clinic dedicated to equine reproduction. We service a wide variety of clients, from professional horse breeders through to amateurs, and provide our clients with a high level professional dedicated service.
Your Role
As our Assistant Office Manager, you’ll oversee key office operations, ensure exceptional service for our clients, and assist with marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to combine administrative expertise with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Data Updates: Keep records accurate and up to date to support practice requirements, efficient invoicing, and revenue capture.
Client Enquiries: Handle queries from new and existing clients across phone, email, and social media channels.
Pharmacy & Stock Management: Manage inventory, oversee stock ordering, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Social media & Marketing: Support the clinic’s social media presence, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
Office Support: Assist the clinical director and Yard manager with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
HR Support - tracking holidays, sickness and payroll
What We’re Looking For
Customer Service: A strong background in customer-facing roles with a commitment to exceptional service.
Administrative Experience: At least one year of experience in administrative roles is required.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the veterinary field is a plus but not essential.
Organisational Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
Social Media Awareness: A working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Debt Management: Experience with invoicing, debt management, and collections is beneficial.
Equine Experience – Would be advantageous

The Details
Pay: £12 - £15 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
