Due to expansion within our Clothing Brand, Bloomfields Horseboxes are seeking a dynamic and organised Brand Manager to oversee and grow our brand’s digital and general presence within the equestrian industry. This role is integral to developing and implementing a cutting-edge digital strategy, building a strong online identity, and maximising e-commerce potential, along with growing the brands retail presence. Working alongside our owner/designer and key account manager to maximise the brand awareness.

The successful candidate will take ownership of our e-commerce platform and implement and oversee our Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers across online and in-person sales channels. They will also lead digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of the equestrian market is preferable but not essential.

We are flexible in offering either a part- or full-time role to suit the ideal candidate although full time would be preferential.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation, management, and optimisation of the e-commerce website to ensure an exceptional customer experience and meet sales targets.

  • Implement and maintain an integrated POS system for online and in-person transactions, ensuring smooth functionality at trade events and retail locations.

  • Create and manage engaging social media content, including scheduling, posting, and responding to messages and comments to build brand loyalty.

  • Analyse digital marketing performance metrics, generating reports to inform data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with our inhouse graphic designer to produce digital assets, including banners, videos, email templates, and social content.

  • Manage digital aspects of product launches, sponsorships, and partnerships to maximise online reach.

  • Coordinate photoshoots and manage digital content creation to maintain brand consistency.

  • Attend trade shows and events to represent the brand where necessary and aid in the set-up of trade shows.

  • Cultivate relationships with sponsored riders and equestrian influencers to enhance the brand’s visibility and engagement.

  • Maintain the stock control of the clothing.

  • Picking and packing online orders and full control of returns and exchanges.

  • B2C customer relations via email, social media and telephone.

  • Working alongside our key account manager for all B2B orders and marketing material.

Ideal Candidate

Equestrian Knowledge: preferable

Digital Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and POS systems.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.

Marketing Experience: A strong background in creating and executing digital campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

Organisation: Exceptional time management and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Problem-Solver: A proactive and creative thinker capable of overcoming challenges and delivering results.
