Full Time-35 hours per week (working hours)

Salary: Circa £18000 - £20,000 per annum

Based near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (currently working remotely)

The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.

Working as part of a small team, you will be working on all aspects of competitions for British Riding Clubs, which currently includes over 500 Clubs and Centres and 31,000 members. Equine competition knowledge and excellent attention to detail is essential in this role.

Reporting to the BRC Competitions Manager, the Competitions Coordinator role will;

  • Coordinate championship results, eligibility checks, and sending out invites.
  • Be responsible for organising the BRC Advisory Committee agenda, minutes and papers and overseeing the ordering of scoring  materials and rosettes for both qualifiers and championships and production of schedules.
  • The role will also be responsible for coordinating the declarations team at championships including any volunteers.
