Salary Up to £25,000 pa (depending on experience) + Bonus

A vacancy has arisen within our Commercial Division for an Equine Business Development Executive.  Weatherbys has a proud history of delivering quality printed products and data services to the equine industry.  This role will be responsible for building successful and dynamic customer relationships as well as meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets. 

The key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day business and relationships with key equine partners.
  • Contribution to the development of our annual commercial business plans.
  • Delivery of sales targets.
  • Development of new product ideas to introduce to our commercial portfolio.
  • Plan, devise and deliver strategic targeted marketing campaigns to promote key initiatives.
  • Working in conjunction with Weatherbys internal teams to deliver quality products on time every time. 

The successful candidate will be customer focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Highly organised, a strategic thinker, with the ability to identify new opportunities and think creatively - pride in the work delivered is also key.  An interest and understanding of equestrian sports is preferred.  Some weekend work may be required as well as the ability to drive to customer meetings off site. 


The package incorporates a generous bonus based on performance/reaching agreed sales targets.
