Centre Membership Co-Ordinator

The Pony Club is looking to recruit a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Centre Co-ordinator for Pony Club Area 19 (South Scotland and Borders).

The main focus will be to promote Pony Club Centre Membership to new and existing riding centres.

  • The ideal candidates should have effective organisation, communication and time management skills.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of The Pony club within a Branch or Centre environment is desirable.
  • Understanding the riding school industry would also be advantageous.

The Centre Co-ordinator role requires verbal and electronic reporting so strong computer literacy is essential. The roles are home based so candidates must be confident to work independently as well as part of a team, reporting centrally on a frequent basis.

Specific duties of the role will include:

  • Visiting new and existing Centres
  • Email and telephone support for Centres in the Area
  • Developing Membership in the Area
  • Promotion and some organisation of regional Pony club coaching courses
  • Relationship development within the Area
  • Meeting attendance centrally and regionally.

The role is self employed and remuneration is calculated per visit. Expenses are also paid.
