Full time and permanent (based on passing 6 months’ probation) Office based.

 Hours: 41.5 hours (8:00-17:00 Mon-Thurs, 8:00 – 16:00 Fri)

Salary: £11.54an hour

As our Customer Service Advisor, you are responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing and maintaining an excellent level of service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately taking and processing orders received via email and phone on a daily basis

  • Checking all orders to ensure any errors are identified and amended before order is submitted to production

  • Provide product advice to retailers and consumers

  • Answering and resolving retailer and consumer queries

  • Support the completion of export paperwork when required

  • Responsible for the accurate inputting and filing of 4 Star paperwork for SNELL certification requirements

  • Responsible for all return queries and processes, from the initial enquiry through to the solution. Liaising with the Quality Control team as and when required

  • Liaising with Despatch in regards to customer deliveries and specific customer instructions

  • A knowledge and ability to complete other team members general role to support department during periods of absence

  • General task completion, including but not limited to general admin, filing, post, reporting, ad hoc tasks as and when required for all customers

  • Ensuring compliance in all procedures in accordance with the QMS and maintenance of records and work

  • Supporting other departments within the business as and when required to ensure the highest level of customer service

Essential skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • A passion to deliver the highest level of customer service

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong willingness to problem-solve and use own initiative
