Customer Service & Sales Administrator

We are Trilanco the UK’s largest animal health, equine and pet products wholesaler. We pride ourselves on our honesty and our genuine desire to help our customers succeed.
Due to our continued success and growth we are currently looking for a Customer Service & Sales Co-ordinator to work within our Internal Sales Team.
The position is permanent and full time (39.25 hrs per week) with a competitive salary dependant on experience.
The Role
- You will be responsible for telephone sales with customers both inbound and outbound.
- You will process and check sales orders on to the system via various methods.
- You will deal with various customer queries and enquiries on over 20,000 product lines.
- You will review and maintain customer back orders. You will deal with delivery enquiries and liaise with the customer.
- You will liaise with the Area Sales Managers.
- You will be proactive and contact all customers and prospective new customers on a monthly basis.
About you
- You must be self-motivated, capable of working in a team and independently.
- You will be outgoing, proactive, organised, able to handle multiple projects whilst possessing strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience of Microsoft application’s word, excel and outlook along with keyboard skills are essential to this role.
- An interest in and knowledge of animals is desirable but not essential.
