The leaders in equine nutrition are looking for a full time Customer Service Assistant.

Feedmark Ltd is a well-established, forward thinking equine nutritional supplement company supplying the highest quality products to the equine leisure and performance markets. Established for over 43 years, Feedmark has a loyal UK customer base which is continually expanding and is currently in a period of overseas growth. As a UFAS and BETA NOPS certified company, quality is at the heart of everything we do, from providing the best customer service to developing innovative supplements using only the highest quality ingredients.

The role will include providing a high level of customer service and nutritional advice based at our rural idyllic offices near Harleston, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The candidate will also support the Marketing Team with activities to increase sales, growth and customer retention.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability and confidence to advise customers in a friendly and professional manner about their horse’s nutrition over the phone and online
  • Be a team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Driven, enthusiastic and well-organised individual who enjoys talking to customers, with a flair for creativity
  • Skills to support the administration duties required by the Customer Service Team, including processing orders, replying to emails and the ability to resolve customer enquiries
  • Social media marketing experience
  • An interest or experience with horses and equine nutrition
