Proposed Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
Location: Office based - Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1TX

Overview
An exciting opportunity to grow, expand and develop with Petcover EU Limited as we launch and develop pet insurance products across the group within the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking to recruit an individual with a knowledge and understanding of horses and the equestrian world to provide excellent customer service and policy administration for our UK brands - British Pet Insurance & Julie Andrews Horse Insurance Services.
Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded
- Actively following up customer interaction to convert to sale
- Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
- Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution based attitude
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
- Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements
Skills & Experience:
- A knowledge and understanding of horses and the equestrian world
- Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent)
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Team player
- High attention to detail
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience in and always striving to offer the best customer service
- Clear and concise communication
- Common sense
- Quick learner
- Competent with ICT and keen to learn and develop new systems
- Passion for pets (and their insurance!)
