Customer Service Sales Assistant

FALPRO are searching for a part time customer service sales assistant to administer the sale of horse rugs and accessories through FALPRO.COM and also at shows and exhibitions.

The role will be 20 hours per week with additional hours during the show season, this requires a flexible approach and weekend work is required.

Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

 Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have the required experience and skills to undertake this role, including;

  • Previous experience within a Customer Support / Service in which you can demonstrate taking full responsibility of the customer journey
  • Excellent Knowledge of the equestrian market
  • Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organization and customer service skills
  • Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
