Customer Services - Strömsholm Ltd - Milton Keynes

You will receive all the necessary resources and training to shine and be successful in your position. The customer service is the front line and the first voice of our company. 

Summary

In this position, you will process orders and deliver the highest level of service, by receiving inbound calls from customers that want to purchase our product. 

Key performance indicators:

  • Average answering time: Answer phone calls within the agreed amount of time. 
  • Caller queue: keep the waiting time to a minimum.
  • Average call time: Keep the average call time within the applicable range.
  • Address the caller’s needs as much as possible without transferring, escalating or returning the call.  
  • Blocked calls: keep blocked/bounced calls to a minimum.
  • Return calls swiftly.
  • Enter orders directly into SAP.
  • Enter orders accurately into SAP. 

Experience

1-2 years of customers service experience in a call centre or customer service environment

Experience with SAP is a plus
