An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service Department based at our Head Office in Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes.   Reporting into the Supply Chain, this role will involve working as part of a small team to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, maximising production efficiencies wherever possible.

Full time Role

 Main responsibilities include:

  • Process daily customer orders from input through to despatch.
  • Produce and supply all relevant paperwork for despatch on a daily basis and book all transport as required.
  • Process complaints and resolve delivery issues in line with current process.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with account base and internal customers and become a trusted point of contact.

 Experience & Skills

  • GCSE C or above or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT skills - proficient with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
