The Role
We are looking for a Development Director to lead our team of Regional and National Managers in the delivery of our core objectives; increasing participation in equestrianism, providing education through training at all levels of equestrianism, supporting horse welfare and well-being through education, enabling access to safer riding, and promoting horse and safety.
Building relationships is key within our local communities, including members, supporters, horse riders, horse owners, and key equestrian partners. You will also be working alongside the CEO and Senior team to develop BHS Strategy and plans for growth.
