This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing performance clothing companies in the country and help shape the ongoing development of our brands, EQUIDRY & Drywalks.
You will be based at our office in North Devon where you will work closely with the leadership team to help formulate and communicate both who we are and what we do to the outside world.
The Digital Marketing Assistant will help develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, focusing on communicating with our customers via social media, email marketing and across our websites.
Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
Content creation - Write high quality and engaging content across different formats. Ensure content delivers on its objectives and is aligned to each brand. Your exceptional written content will help communicate our brand stories to new and existing audiences and will include crafting copy for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Social Media – Working alongside our social media team, maintaining and developing the social media presence for both brands in line with our values and strategy.
Creating engaging copy and content for use across social media including videos and sourcing images when required.
Email Marketing – Implement an email marketing strategy in line with the marketing strategy for each brand. Create email marketing campaigns, including content creation, copy writing, segmentation, and scheduling.
Websites – update content and product information, uploading blog posts, re-sizing images and creating web banners for the websites. Support our ecommerce team with compelling copy for landing pages and product descriptions that will help persuade a customer to take the desired action online.
Reporting - Produce monthly reports on the performance of websites and social media insights, using the data to identify areas for improvement.
Project work – Working alongside the team on projects such as new product launches and promotions.
Testimonials – Logging and following up customer testimonials, identifying testimonials for use in marketing and gathering useable images from customers.
Write compelling blog posts and articles on relevant topics to attract and engage our audience.
Monitor social media trends and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
Candidates must have equine and/or canine knowledge.
Strong knowledge of the equestrian industry.
3+ years of experience writing copy for social media, landing pages, and paid ads.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of how to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
Adobe Creative Cloud experience
Proven experience crafting copy that drives conversions and achieves marketing objectives.
Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy that resonates with different target audiences.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with Facebook and Instagram ad platforms is a plus.
Ability to work with a small team
Benefits
Starting salary range offered between £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
