We are looking for an equine focussed, talented individual to join our team as a Marketing and Social Media Assistant.
The responsibilities of this role will include managing social media accounts, assisting in marketing campaigns and delivering relevant marketing content. This role will involve everything from creating, developing and delivering content to running online competitions and monitoring responses to campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and have an analytical mind, being able to report on site analytics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). As part of the role, you will also be involved in customer services and will play a part in ensuring that we continue to deliver a high level of customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Assistant Responsibilities
• Support our team in the delivery of marketing campaigns
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
• Creating content for the website and social media
• Engage customers in a confident and professional manner
• Handle customer queries regarding products in a professional manner
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
• Driving sales via friendly and professional interaction with customers
• Maintaining positive customer relations
Digital Marketing and Social Media Assistant Requirements
• A positive and pro-active attitude
• Equine background
• Ability to use various design programmes i.e., InDesign
• Desire to learn
• The ability to work independently as well as work cohesively as part of a team
• Not afraid to share ideas
• Over 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK
• Valid UK driving license – this position is office based and will require you to drive to the office which is in a rural location.
