The British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA) is a world leading equine veterinary association with 3,000 members globally. It is a highly-regarded authority running an outstanding education programme, producing universally respected journals, and representing the industry at the highest level.  BEVA has seen significant growth and modernisation in recent years and is now looking for an enthusiastic individual to drive forward its digital communications, CRM usage and help launch an online learning platform.

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a new position. The job holder will ensure that the organisation optimises the use of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM, DNN website, and social media channels and will develop and oversee a new eLearning platform.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Support email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Develop a community on social media, driving interaction with members.
  • Manage the CRM database and support the team to ensure best practice in the use of CRM.
  • Develop and provide user support for a new eLearning platform
  • Develop and manage website performance and report on results.
  • Oversee the website to ensure that content is current, relevant and created to maximise SEO

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience
  • Strong digital background and understanding of website management, analytics, marketing automation, optimisation, Ecommerce, and SEO.
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Experience in social media implementation
  • An understanding of eLearning industry
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently and with others
  • Able to communicate effectively with a range of people, both within and outside the organisation
  • Ability to explain technical matters in layman's terms

The role is office based, in Fordham, Newmarket - so candidates need to live within a commutable distance or live locally.
