Dispatch Assistant

eVetDrug is a successful e-commerce business dedicated to the Equestrian healthcare market.

Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are now looking for an Dispatch Operative to help pick, pack and dispatch orders to satisfied customers and their horses.

The ideal candidate would be diligent, reliable and hard-working with a keen eye for detail. Experience with or an interest in horses is essential.

Relevant experience is useful, but the right attitude is more important as we will provide training for the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurate picking, packing and processing of orders

• Contacting customers regarding order issues or shortages

• Stock replenishment and rotation

• General assistance to the line manager and team, including administrative tasks

• Basic computer literacy and a flexible attitude are required

Other Key Information:

There is scope for the right person to develop the role and take on more responsibilities.

This is a physical role involving some heavy lifting.

This position is full time, permanent and is based in Warfield, Berkshire.

Full time hours are Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

Remuneration is dependent upon experience and ability.
