E-Commerce Administrator - we are seeking a full time member of staff to be based in our rural offices in Buckinghamshire. 

Founded in 2001 Equilibrium Products design and develop innovative products to improve equine wellbeing and to help horse owners solve common problems.   

This exciting company are in a period of further growth and are looking for a dynamic individual to manage and grow their new e-commerce business. 

The Role 

• Manage all online orders and maintain the e-commerce website
• Track e-commerce sales activity, report and make recommendation for growth
• Manage online promotions, voucher codes and product discounts
• Manage customer enquiries in relation to products and orders
• Communicate with retail partners to ensure smooth running of ‘Click and collect’
• Communicate with distribution warehouse to manage stock levels
• Handle online customer returns and refunds in a timely and efficient manner 

The Candidate 

• A confident, self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Good team player
• E-Commerce experience essential
• Strong equestrian knowledge is essential
• Minimum of 2 year office experience, ideally in a customer facing role
• Good basic IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience of Sage would be an advantage
• Well organised and able to work efficiently in busy office

Salary dependant upon experience.

As this is an office based post, candidates need to live locally to our offices in Ashley Green, near Chesham / Berkhamsted.
