This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing performance clothing companies in the country and help shape the ongoing development of our brands, EQUIDRY & Drywalks.

You will be based at our office in North Devon where you will work closely with the leadership team to help formulate and communicate both who we are and what we do to the outside world.

This multifaceted role demands a unique combination of self motivation, creativity, enthusiasm, analytical skills, and strategic thinking, covering both marketing strategies and the management of our website.

You will be joining a small, dynamic and supportive family-run company that will provide you with the freedom to learn, grow and test new ideas. You will have the opportunity to develop your skillset and explore new methods of e-commerce and marketing. You will work closely with a team of 4 and over time build a top class team around yourself.

Job Description

You’ll be a key part of our very small team. You’ll be integral to advancing our e-commerce strategy, spearheading initiatives to fortify our digital footprint and cement our leadership in the equestrian coat market. Drawing on your experience in e-commerce operations, you'll help design and execute strategies that fuel growth, improve engagement, and optimise the overall customer experience. If you love working in a tight-knit team, you have found just the place!

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Strategy: Help to develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on driving sales, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring collections, products and pages up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines (SEO).

  • Product Merchandising: Creation of product pages on the website to support new product launches, marketing campaigns and seasonal launches. Manage and optimise the presentation, categorisation, and placement of products on the website, ensuring a compelling and intuitive customer experience that maximises sales and engagement.

  • Consumer Experience: Help to enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, analysing customer behaviour, improving site navigation, checkout processes, and overall site functionality.

  • Sales Optimisation: Identify opportunities to increase average order value, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalisation strategies.

  • Marketplace Management: Support the listing, updating, and optimising listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse website performance, traffic, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports with actionable insights.

  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.

  • Compliance: Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce / digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or equestrian industry.

  • Proficiency with Shopify, content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and Digital Marketing Tools. Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Good understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop etc.

  • An excellent problem solving mindset and able to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism and tact.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a small team and fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Bonus points for a passion for horses!
