We are a busy equestrian retailer supplying your essential everyday requirements with emphasis on feed, nutrition and also suppliers of specialist Polo equipment.

The business has made great gains within the Industry online and therefore we are seeking an E Commerce Manager on a full or part time basis (permanent role) to further develop this platform of the business.

The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial individual with a proven track record in sales and online functions.

The role offers personal growth and development, responsibility and accountability for your own success.

Responsibilities include – but not limited to:

  • Updating the website
  • Liaise with our marketing team
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Liaise with our delivery fulfilment partners
  • Develop and implement new order processing systems
  • Prepare reports for Board of Directors
  • Review all aspects of the online store and prepare for upscaling
  • First port of contact on the phone and email.

We are seeking a forward thinking, professional and experienced candidate with previous experience of customer service, business development and online functions.

The offices are based near Windsor so candidates need to live locally to that area.
