Neue Schule Group wishes to appoint a graduate to deliver and develop online & field based education & training programmes and undertake research activities associated with its business expansion plans. The appointee would be responsible for supporting curriculum development and course delivery for the Neue Schule Academy. There is also a requirement to develop relationships with FE and HE colleges and other partners. The successful appointee would be required to engage with other key roles in the company that require a high level of numeracy skills and technical aptitude. A significant level of self-motivation and independent working is required. 

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess most of the following

  • A good first degree in a science subject, with demonstrable numeracy skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Extensive experience in either recreational or competitive horsemanship
  • Some experience of teaching and course curriculum development at FE level or higher 

Role Requirements:

  • Manage the online learning provision of the Neue Schule Academy
  • Act as course tutor to enrolled students conducting webinar tutorials and responding in detail to forum queries
  • Preparing examination and course delivery materials
  • Innovating in the methods of field based & online course delivery
  • Developing research projects with partners and carrying out in-house research
  • Writing technical articles for public release 

Candidate Qualities:

  • Strong interest in equine education and welfare
  • Energetic and creative and committed approach to the delivery of education
  • An interest in research and its potential for creating intellectual property
  • A focussed and analytical approach to the role 

The role is predominantly office based but with regular travel when required for training & education purposes, attending trade fairs and corporate visits.

The successful candidate will therefore need to reside within a reasonable commute to our offices in Stokesley, or be willing to relocate to the area.

A flexible attitude to working hours is required to fulfil the requirements of the role with some evening and weekend work.
