£32,000 - £37,000 per annum

We have a current opportunity for an Equestrian Centre Manager.

We are looking for a personable, dynamic, energetic and organised individual to join our expanding Riding Centre and team.
Due to increased numbers of horse riders within the school, the school is in the process of planning the expansion of our centre with an additional outdoor school and further stabling.
The successful candidate will be experienced, enthusiastic, flexible and an efficient Equestrian Centre Manager to join the team.
Knowledge of managing and teaching pupils between four and 18 years of age.
Knowledge and experience of managing a large equestrian centre
Experience of managing staff and pupils, organising a yard and show good communication skills
The successful candidate will preferably hold the BHSQ Level 4 Senior Eventing Coach/BHSII or experienced BHSQ Level 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship/BHSAI and must have experience of working on a professional yard and the ability to teach a wide range of stable management skills to children, including training students for BHS examinations.
Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Some evenings and weekend work will be required.
