The Position
This a unique opportunity for someone who may have previously worked as a Competition Groom or Yard Manager (or similar), and is experienced, comfortable and confident working on administrative duties during their day-to-day, as well as handling horses.
If you're looking to transition away from yard work and into a more commercial setting, whilst remaining within the equine industry, this is an excellent chance to do so - and at one of the fastest growing private companies in the UK (66th, officially - as ranked by the Sunday Times 100.
We are looking for someone to work alongside our Product Design team, supporting the department with the introduction of new product ranges within our Equine lines - which includes saddle pads, boots and bandages, headcollars, bridles, saddlery, stirrups and girths, fly masks and hoods, bits, browbands and more.
One day you could be assisting with managing the fittings on horses, which is a step in the process that ensures that products are suitable, durable, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, with technical performance, sustainability, design and quality all in mind. The next you're organising and updating design files or assisting with product samples, data and descriptions.
You'll essentially be the go to for when our Product Designers require a helping hand at any stage of the process, which means there'll be lots of variety in your work.
